Ballet is very hard and very strenuous!. I would recommend doing your best to eat a very healthy diet and drink lots of water!. If you get in the habit now, but the time the classes start you'll feel much better and won't be as sore or dehydrated if you drink lots of water everyday!. Ballet requires balance and flexibility so I would do yoga and work very hard on holding the positions for long amounts of time as well as finding your center of balance!. It will help you a lot once classes start!. also, I would stock up on epsom salt for when they do start!. You'll need it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You got some good advice already!. Read up on on good nutrition!. Avoid sugar and junk food!. Focus on building both strength and flexibility!. A lot of beginners don't realize the importance of having a strong core, so see if you can start working on doing some crunches and other core strengthening exercises!. Learn about yoga and pilates!. Try learning the names of some of the ballets steps you are going to be getting to know!.

before you start you should probably start stretching because in ballet you need to be flexible and so you should stretch your splits and stuff like that!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
