It's hard to give flexibility a time limit!.!.!.because everyone's muscles are different, and have been stretched many different ways and to many different extents!. All I can say in simple words is:

STRETCH!. STRETCH!. STRETCH!. AND STRETCH!.

Stretch as many times a day as you can, even when/if you're watCHing TV, just sit in the straddle and pull yourself closer to the ground every commercial!. (MAKE SURE YOUR BACK IS STRAIGHT BECAUSE IF NOT, IT COULD ACTUALLY WORSEN THINGS!.!.!.) I'm not gonna lie dear, you're gonna hurt, you're gonna be sore, and you're gonna wanna give up and take a break from stretching, but one day of not stretching is two weeks of not stretching to your muscles!. Just keep working at it, and keep on stretching, I know you're gonna wanna give up, because I've been through this a million times, but in order for you to become not sore, you have to get the lactic acid in your muscles moving (lactic acid is the buildup acid which causes sore muscles!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.)

So keep your hopes high, set big goals and standards for yourself, and no matter how muCH you wanna give up and skip a day of stretching, dear all I can say is in the end you will be sorry if you do skip days!. If you really want this, you will work yourself hard enough and accomplish it :]

Well, I stretch with my friend on the phone every night!. We stretch together doing the same stuff because we are both on our way to getting our splits!. We are both about 5 inches above where we're supposed to be!. But if you stretch every night and push your self (but not to hard) then you will get them!. also if you sit in a stradle up against the wall then that will help alot because it's stretching the muscles used during a split!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
