Question: CHEERLEADING!. how to make splits better!?
is there anyway i can do better at my splits!. anything else i can do to be better at cheerleading!. im joining competitive next year and to make the team you have to be able to do the splits or atleast try your heart out!. i can go farthest on my right splits!. then center and last left!. my lefts need alot of work anyways i can work this!. any certian stretches or anything!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretch literally EVERY DAY! since you actually want to sort of learn in a sense you should stretch in the morning and at night, the best way to get your sides is to lay straight into a center split as far down as you can go, then roll your hips around keeping your legs where they are until you're in either side split!. It should be that you are like twice as flat to the ground than when you just try and go straight into them!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

concentrate on warmup and stretching before any competition, the more the merrier, dont forget to breathe and relax while doing the stretchesWww@QuestionHome@Com
