Question: Winter Formal: Ways to ask a guy to winter formal!?

I have a Spanish assignment where I'm suppose to write 5 good ways to ask a guy to winter formal and 5 not good ways!. I'm not very creative!. Any ideas!? Don't give them to me in Spanish please!. I'd really like to do the translating part on my own!. Thanks!. : )Www@QuestionHome@Com

1!. Be straight up and ask unless your shy
2!. At lunch start talking then bring up the subject
3!. Study with him and then bring up the subject
4!. Give him a postcard saying "You are being invited to go to the dance with _______ and say circle yes/no and then return"(creative)
5!. Ask in the foreign language he speaks unless you don't know(creative)

BAD WAYS:
1!. Ask your best friend to go ask
2!. Ask one of his friends to go ask
3!. Put a note in his locker
4!. Have parents meet and ask him

Here are some ideas of mine!. Five good ways to ask: 1!. Invite him to dinner, then ask after the meal!. 2!. Bring up a conversation in the halls at school, bring up the subject of the winter formal, and then ask!. 3!. Do him a favor (the bigger the better), and then when he asks how he can repay you, ask him if he'd go to the formal with you!. 4!. Have a friend ask him if he'd like to go with you while you are not present!. 5!. Write him a note asking him!.

Five bad ways to ask: 1!. Just walk up to him and ask him!. 2!. Call or text him and ask him!. 3!. Ask him while you're at lunch and your mouth is full!. 4!. Ask him on Myspace or Facebook!. 5!. Have your mom or dad ask him for you!.
