You really should have them fitted in person for the best possible fit!. According to DiscountDance they fit 1 size larger than street size, so go with a 7!. The boxes come in Narrow, Medium, and Wide - if your toes only measure three inches across, you're probably either a narrow or a medium!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
