Releves from two feet are just going to any ballet position and rising to the balls of your feet, both at once!. Devant is anything done to the front, such as tendu devant, tendu to the front!. Derriere is to the back, again, tendu derriere, tendu to the back!. To do releves from fifth just go to your fifth position and rise onto the balls of your feet, don't move your feet at all besides that!.
Battements frappes in second!? Just frappes to the side!? just have your foot in the preperation position for frappes, how we do it is flexed foot at ankle, and brush your foot, starting with the toes, then add the ball, then the heel, to go to your personal second!. Prepare to second and to ankle: tendu a la seconde, to your second position, and pick it up to the preparation position for frappe!.
I don't know what you mean by assemble soutenue, if we do then, we do them by a different name!.
Ronds de jambes a terre en de hors are just tendu to the front, bring it around to the side, then bring it from the side to the back, without bringing it in until after it gets all the way to the back!. En de dans is going from the back to the side, to the front, kind of the opposite of en de hours!. Think of making a half circle on the ground with your foot for them!. To do them in two counts is just tenduing wherever you start, front if en de hours, back if end de dans, on count one, and doing the whole half circle and getting to the last destination on count two!.
If you don't really get what I am saying you could look them up on this website:
