Question: Breakdance flare question please!?
ive been practicing for like 2 days now!.!.and i have made absolutely no progress!.!.havent even gotten 3/4 of the rotation!.!.im wondering why wen i first kick my left leg around and kick my right leg up, i try to get my second hand down but the impact on my wrist is so hard that it hurts, and why when i try to rotate i just stop halfway through and land on my hip!.!.!? i cant get enough rotation to go all the way around!. what can i do to fix this!?!? thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Okay!.

Flares take a while too learn!.

Your suppose to sweep your left leg around first not kick it!. Thats bad!.!.!.

And from whats here it seems like your kicking up!. Your not suppose to be kicking up, but around!. Its kind of hard to explain in words!. And your hips should be moving around also!. Its not just your legs!. you have to use your hips also!.
