First of all just because your co-ordination is bad it doesn't mean you're a bad dancer so don't put yourself down on that one :)!. I've read some professional dancers have issues with co-ordination too!.
I had a few co-ordination problems when I first started dance but within two/three weeks they'd already improved!. It might not be that you've got actual co-ordination problems!. It could be that you're like me and you often don't give your full concentration!. I absolutely love dance, I've got a passion for it but sometimes in lessons i dont pay my full attention and then thats where i start to go wrong!.
But yeah just rehearse and rehearse and you'll get a lot better!
Hope this helps :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Well obviously if you practice you will get better its just that some people learn faster than others!. also you probably fell because "karma" smacked you for being confident!. Being confident is good for helping your self esteem but don't be too arrogant!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Of course, all it takes is a lot of practice, you can do anything if you give time to practice it!.
Always practice,I'll assure you, you'll already a better dancer before you know it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
