Question: HELP ME!! HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!! HELP ME!!! PLLEEASSSSSEEEEE!!!!!!?
How can I do a split painlessly!? Well I take cheer and you kinda have to know how to do a split but I don't know how to!. Are their jumps that can help me land it that I can do on my trampoline!? Or like methods that are painless and free and quick!? I really wanna nail it by Thursday though!. PLEASE HELP!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I do the butterfly!. Then, after I am stretched out, I go to a wall near a Tv and turn on a show!. Find a blank wall by the TV, put your butt up against the wall and spread your legs out in a straggle position against the wall!. Press your belly-button to the floor!. Now, hold in that position till the show is over ( or at least 20-30 minutes)Www@QuestionHome@Com

Before you can split painlessly,of course you need to stretch and from stretching,you already feel the pain from it!.
But keep stretching until you can do the split painlessly,it's worth it once you feel comfortable in splitting anytime,anywhere!.

practice practice practice! watch tv, listen to music, anything you can do while practicing splits!. yes your will hurt a bit, but once you get it down, it's not going to hurt anymore!.

I`m in cheer too but i can`t do the splits yet !.
Just stretch a lot and practice doing them at home !.
But mostly strech !.
