Question: Is it bad to over train on dancing(breakdancing)!?
I was wondering if it was bad to over train on dancing, because I've been break dancing for at least 8 months and im decent at it, but when I went to my first break dance session,jam,convention what ever you want to call it I was still only a amateur to them!. This motivated me to dance even more!. So will over training or training a lot benefit me or not!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

It will benefit you but make sure to drink water and wear padding, and STRECH! But, if you start to hurt, take a break!.
I breakdance 2-3 hours a day and on Tuesdays 7 hours! So nothing is too much!

It's never good to over do any form of physical exercises!. Regardless of age group because after straining your body/mind, adequate rest is very necessary and also you'll need proper nutrients/vitamins back in your body after exhausting them!. Regular training is a must but never at the expanse of how much your body can take!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

You will fk up your body!. You need to take atleast 1-2days rest whenever you feel your body hurting!. It could take up to months to heal, and you could seriously injure yourself!.

Trust me, i used to sesh/practise everyday and now i cant even pull off more than one mill without having this sharp pain in my back!. I cant even open a door without my wrist hurting!. Its been a week and a half and it still hurts!.!.!.

Just try working on your toprock whenever your wrists hurt, or work on freezes whenever your legs hurt, u know!? Anyways yeah, TAKE BREAKS and make sure you STRETCH every time you practise!. I don't want you to go through the same pain as i am going through right now (not being able to practise)!.
