Question: Important: For Dancers especially!!!?
I'm a pretty serious dancer, but I need to control my weight!. I'm not horribly fat or anything, but as a ballet dancer goes, I'm big!. Do you have any suggestions or tricks for loosing weight, or for controlling the want for food!?!?

Just set a goal in mind!.
Everytime you eat,always remember and remind yourself that you must be fit and lose weight as a ballet dancer!.
You can workout too,dancing is a form of exercise so dance at least 3 times a week!.
Play sports and exercise,if you want some more effective workouts,try searching on youtube!.

Don't do anything silly like a crash diet!. but do stuff like make sure you have 5 fruit and veg a day and loads of water!. stay healthy and keep exercising and don't have piles of snacks in between meals!. hope this helps :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
