Question: How to make your feet point better!?
When i sit on the floor with my legs out in front or in box splits i can almost get the tips of my toes to touch the ground, but I want them to be better!. My friend who also dances wants to improve her feet, but we don't know how to!. Or are you just born with either good, bendy feet or not!?

~ try using a thera-band(you can buy them at almost any dance store)
~ flex and point 100x a day
~ practice just pointing your feet and keeping them there

squeeze your butt!
try putting a tissue in it to try and keep it in there if it drops, you not doing it rightWww@QuestionHome@Com
