Question: Knee Injury!.!.!. I Dont Know If i It Is An Actual Injury!.!.!. From Dance!!?
hi!.!.!. i know that you may not know but over a week ago i was doing a charity event and i was dancing!. The adrenaline was full flow and i felt fine!.!.!. The only problem is that since that day, after the adrenaline went i calmed down!.!.!. my left knee began to ache!.!. i thought that this would be cramp coz i never did a cool down but its been over a week now and everywhere else that ached is fine now!.!.!. its not a sharp pain!.!.!. its on the inside of my left knee!.!.!. i canr pin point the actual source but it aches when i move it or turn or tense it!.!.!.it aches slightly then builds till i have to stop!.!.!. like today i was sitting with my legs up then i stodd up and the ache was quite strong!.!.!. Does anybody know what this might be!.!.!.!. it was fine on the night and it only started to ache the day after!.!.!.!.!. after a week shouldnt it stop aching!?

You may have either 'tweeked' it without knowing or it may just be a bit fatigued!. Either way, icing any kind of injury or pain is your best action to start with!. Ice it at least 3 times a day, 10-15 minutes at a time for a week!. If after that it's still causing you trouble, go see a doctor!. Knee pain is not something you ever want to mess with!.
