How to do a Grand Jete?

Question: How to do a Grand Jete!?

I know how to do a split very good on both sides!. However!. I cant do a grand jete and I have an audition on Sunday and I may have to do it!. Any advice on how to do it!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

A grand jete is basically a front leap!. If you want to do it, start where you have a lot of room and do a shase and bring one foot out in front, jump with the other one and land on the foot you brought out in front!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
