Remember, all an assemble' is is a degage' jump with the emphasis on pulling the leg in quickly to assemble the legs in the air!. Make sure your brush is a quick out and as you are still going up in the air, pull the leg in to 5th!. In other words, the working leg assembles underneath you in to the pushing leg (unless it's a grande assemble' where you would travel) while you are still going up, not when you're already coming down!. This same method would apply to assemble' battu' as well!. The rest of course is all the basics; good 5th, good plie', pointed feet, lengthened legs, and a pulled up body!. Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Extension and full point is really important for a pretty assembles!. Remember to have a strong, yet delicate, brush to start it off with!. And NEVER forget your back foot! I think its really easy to forget to point that toe, or extend that ankle just because we're so concerned with closing in fifth!.
Of course, concentrate on your alignment and whatnot, but its really important to communicate the right effect with assembles!. It should like pretty effortless and almost flowing!. Its part of allegro for a reason, it should be quick and lively and joyful!Www@QuestionHome@Com

my teacher always tells me to remember that an assemble is to "assemble" so you must assemble your feet to a sous sous before you hit the ground!. Since you are jumping off one foot you may want to do some single footed releves and jumps to strengthen you ankles!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

make sure the basics r right :
pointed toes
stretched legs
straight arms
but also make sure your focus is spot on-it should be looking over at your top hand

hope i helped :]Www@QuestionHome@Com
