Question: What are some ways to prepare for dance (just for kix)!?
I want to be in Just for kix, dance line next year and i'm not very flexible but I have until next year!. What are some moves that you do (like shasays, duno how to spell it) and stretches to prepare!?!? Any other info, thanks!Www@QuestionHome@Com

u should definenty stratch a lot!. If u stretch everyday, then u'll be very flexible by the time u hav to do the dane line!. Stretch your splits, going down in center, and just toutching ur toes!. If ur doing a dance line group, u should try lying on ur back and bringing ur leg up as high as it can go (aiming to get it on ur nose), then rotate it so it's to the side!. then do the other side!. Once u get stronger, and can hold it pretty high on the ground, try standing up and doing the same!. also, practice kicking batmas up in front of u, to the side, and to the back!. u should practice balance, like standing on one leg on ur releve with the other leg in posse and arms in 1st!. And last, i would do crunches and other ab work so ur stomich is strong when u really need to use it!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

they are fantastic dancers!.
they have some videos up on youtube that insturct the proper ways to do certain moves and really good stretches!.
they also teach you some dance combos!.

The first answer was great! Stretching is so very important!. Even during commercials while you are watching a show :) Pick a stretch!.!.!.following it through the commercials, then give yourself a break!. Or while doing homework (if you're still in classes)!. Another great one is laying on the floor with your rear agaist the wall and then drop your legs into second position (like a fan) against the wall!. Let gravity do the work for you!. Be sure not to stay there too long!.!.!.you will feel it :) Remember!.!.!.pain is gain, but listen to your body if it is being pushed too far!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
