Question: If i do about 30 minutes!.!.!.!?
if i do about 30 minutes of stretching eveyday!. Eat healthy and do 1 class of dance (1 1/2 hours)each week!. will i become flexible!? or should i do another class of yoga or something like that!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

stretching everyday will make you more flexible and, depending on which dance class you're taking (ballet, jazz, hip hop, etc) it may or may not help with flexibility but definitely your strength!. eating healthy is good for your body but won't suddenly make you be able to do the splits or something!. it sounds like if you want to do another class you should try gymnastics or even cheer-leading!. these will really make you work your muscles and loosen up to be more flexible!. good luck :)

You will become more flexible, but instead of doing just a single shot of 30 minute stretching each day, you should try to do a 15 minute stretching session in the beginning of school and at the of the day!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
