Well there's Hip-Hop, Jazz, Ballet, Indian, Ballroom, Irish, Contemporary, Disco, Modern, Tap, Latin, Bollywood, Krumping, Scottish, Clogging!. There's tons more but that's all I can think of!.

I do Irish dance and I have to say you have to be kind of stronger because you're not moving your arms (unless you're in a group dance) so you have to have lots of upper body strength!. The down about it is it can be really rough sometimes and a lot of crying goes on at the competitions -- at least in the Midwest!.
