Question: Anyone have Pole Dancing Advice!?
Hi! I recently started taking pole dancing lessons for fun/fitness, it's a lot of fun but sometimes it can be super painful if my skin and the pole don't agree, my skin sticks and the friction is painful!. Do any other pole dancers out there have any advice for me!? Any tips at all about pole dancing!? How to make the pole and my skin not burn (lotion!? Would this make the pole slippery!?) or any exercises I can do at home between lessons!?

also, next week we're gonna graduate to heels, any advice for that!?

Pole dancing rocks!! :-) Thanks!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well you cant reely wear anything or put any oils on your legs or your skin will not grip to the pole, you will just slide down!.!. everyone gets stripper bruises theres nothing you can do!. but you can maybe get a cream for your legs for when your not pole dancing to help the bruises!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You could always grease the pole with mineral oil!. This is non toxic, has no flavor or odor, and can be cleaned off with a rag or with soap and water!. Or try wearing leotards!. As for dancing in heels, I wouldn't even try it!
Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Lmfao, are you sure this is a fitness class!? For fun!?

You could put an oil based lubricant on your leg beforehand!. That should lessen up the friction and oil based will probably last a good amount of time!. Funny how pole dancing is like sex!Www@QuestionHome@Com
