rent some dance dvds or take lessons!. you really just need to find the rhythem and move your body!. Keep you knees slightly bent, loosen up your hips and swing um back n forth!. gets your arms up and moving to!. Don't be affrain to put some of your own character into it!. get in front of a mirror and chack yourself out so you can see what moves you like and what you dont!.!.!.!. practice makes perfect!.!.!.good luck and have FUN!!!!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com
