Question: Tips on how to get into a full straddle!?
hey,

I've been dancing for 9 years and I LOVE IT! I am really flexible but I want to push my self to be even more flexible!. I can do splits and almost any other stretch!. but I want to get my self into a full straddle and from their get my body onto the floor!. I want to be in a straddle by February because that's when I have try-outs for my high school dance team!. And I really want to wow them!.

So any tips would be great!. like what specific stretches could help!. I always try to put my legs up against the wall and pull my body forward!. please help =)Www@QuestionHome@Com

actually the best way to do that is to a) continue stretches you probably already are doing, and b) lay up in a pike with your legs on the wall and go in to a straddle from there while your legs are still on the wall the whole time!. pull your legs down further in to a straddle!.
