Question: Does anyone know how to strengthen your legs and feet for ballet!?

do some floor bar exercises!. they will work wonders!.
do lots of plies, releves, and 32 sotays in each position!.
as for feet, just go to a bar or a wall and stand in each position and roll through your feet!. do a tondue, then tondue back to position and go up on the balls of your feet then to your toes, then back to the balls and back to the heel!.

Abcs are good with ur feet just do them also, points and flexs but slowly hold each 4, 5 seconds, also for legs plies then with a cupie( cant spell) do plie relvee!.!.!.!.!.!. also u cud do dsome strching for legs and eve arabesque helps!.!.!.!. also maybe ask ur teacher for some more ideas!.!.

Pirouettes, (cause you're on demi-pointe and it strengthens the calves!.)
Pa du chats (spelling!.!.)
And maybe Arabesque!.!.
