How long have you been practicing with a wall or the couch!? It definitely takes some time!. :D Meanwhile, work on shoulder and upper body flexibility!. I think the thing that helps the most with back walkovers is upper body flexibility and strength!. Practice bridges, if you don't already do this of course, with your legs straight, trying to push your chest out over and past your arms!. This will stretch your shoulders and 'open' your chest!. Rock a bit out over your arms very carefully, and like the previous poster said, use your eyes!. Look at your hands as much as you can!. You can also use the side of your couch to stretch your shoulders!.!.!. just put your arms up, shoulders 'by your ears' and place your upper arm on the arm of the couch (your knees are on the floor beside the couch) with your arms straight!. Hang your head down in between your arms and push so that your upper arms are being 'pushed back' behind your head!. Of course, keep practicing with the wall and couch!. You will have your back walkover in no time! Good luck!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Start with your arms way back and make sure you start with your eyes!! that is very important!. Your eyes have to be there first!. also start with one leg pointed out out instead of both feet flat on the floor!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
