My face turns red during dance class?

Question: My face turns red during dance class!?

I'm taking a tap dance class at school!. Its pretty hard work and I sweat a lot!. But every single class, my face turns bright red!. No other body part, just my face!. Why is that!? I'm being careful to breath while dancing and I'm not too out of shape!. Any ideas!? Www@QuestionHome@Com

I take a lot of tap too, pretty intense stuff!. My face gets red to, but this is perfectly normal!.
Just make sure to wear light clothing, and keep your hair up off your neck to help you keep cool!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

your just getting flushed!.!. people who do alot of weight training go through it too!.!.

if it lasts past your dancing try taking benedryl to help ease up the red!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
