Question: What is an example of a hip-hop dance that is easy to learn!?

A friend of mine must learn a 45 second routine to be considered for the talent agent in our town!. We are looking for an easy hip-hop dance that is simple, but looks good and is very easy to learn!.

If possible, please include a video!. If it is longer than the desired time, please include which part of it that you are referring to!.

Ciara - Get up dance moves are so simple but when watching it, seems almost impossible
It should be on youtube
Ciara dance moves - check that if not, you can look around for dances on youtube theres usually good ones, thats how i learned most of my moves = p
