I've learned a lot of inverts, and I have the proper arm strength to get up!. The only problem I have is in my mid-back - every time I dismount from an invert, my back seizes up! It's not how I'm landing, it's just because of being upside down altogether!. Seriously, I'm developing some INSANE back pain from doing inverts!. Why!? Does this happen to anyone else!? Am I doing it wrong!? Does it have something to do with core strength!?
