Question: Grinding(dancing)!?!!?!!?
Ok so my Homecoming Dance was Thursday, and i was having lots of fun!. next thing i know i see my friend talking to this cute guy, and they are both glancing at me!. I kind of figured she was talking to him about me!. Well she was because about 2 seconds later he is asking me to dance!. Its a slow song and i can do those!. Then out of no where a really upbeat rap song comes on and I am about to die!. I look around and everyone is grinding!. So i just kind of stand there and all of my friends usher me to dance with him!. I do, but it feels so awkward!. So i just kind of stopped!. I felt so stupid!. Is there any way i can feel more comfortable doing this!? Keep in mind i didn't know him, and now my friend who asked him to dance with me wants me to "get to know him"!. The only dances coming up are the Christmas and Valentines dances, but those always get canceled!. And that leaves prom!. Can you believe that she wants me to ask him to prom!?!!?! If i get to know him better and learn to dance(lol) i might ask him!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

If you are worried about the dancing, I would suggest that you play music and dance in your bedroom where no one is watching!. Try not to be too judgmental of yourself!.!.!.!.just move to the music and try to relax!. You could also watch movies or videos with dance to get ideas!. Remember that most teenagers are more worried about what they look like than what you look like!.!.!.!.!.actually, dancing is a good way to help you relax
As for this guy, if he really likes you, he won't care if you're a good dancer or not

Well about the dancing part, try to forget about him, about if any ones looking at you, and just grind your heart out! Where I stay, thats what we do, so it's hard for me to understand it being awkward!. However, it helps when you think that you wanna turn this guy on more than any other chick would in tha place lol!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
