Question: Handstand help(forearm muscle help too)!?
Ok,so i tried the handstand earlier,and i did um,sorta!.

When i did the trick,i was unable to balance myself and i always:
a)had to put my legs back on the floor before i fell!.that's because i cant maintain my legs still so i can balance myself(help for that please)
b)my legs went forward and i fell on my back(did not hurt just in case any of you care wich i doubt :P)!.Thing is that my legs just went forward withouth me moving 'em or something(i don't know how to explain)!.It had to do something with my body!?

also, how do i increase my forearm strengh(for another trick that needs a lot of this, forgot the name),and any other parts need for handstand!.I do pushups and abdominal ex!.!.!.,is that any good!?

Not much strength is required for the handstand!. Balance comes mainly from your wrists and you push off on either the heel of your palms or the balls of your hand to counteract under-balance or over-balance, respectively!.

Maintain body stiffness (lower body and arms) while remaining relaxed!. Reason why your legs leaned forward too much is because you were carrying too much momentum when going into the handstand!. Just kick up enough to get your legs into the air!. The trick is to place your hands closer to your feet which will then require less kick!.

Remember to also keep your elbows straight to transfer the load directly to your shoulders and keep hands about shoulder width apart!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

For forearm and wrist strength you need to do, basic dumbbell wrist curls, abdominals are a factor everytime you run, walk or dance, so yes it does help push ups!.!.well not so much!. All I can really say is practice by using a wall or get a spotter!.!.Thats all I can say!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
