in both, the goal is to make you
legs appear in a v shape!.
in a russian, it is more like
a leap where as a toe touch
is more of a jump!.you can
tell which one is which mainly
by the prep that you get into
it!.russians normally have a
moving prep which at toe touches
have a standing prep!.

In a russian leap your right leg comes up first followed by your left and then you pop like a toe touch in the air!. Your right leg also lands before your left!. It is more like a regular leap, with your legs sliding up one at a time but in close succession!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
