start off by doing 3 reps of 10 crunches, 3 reps of ten sit ups and jog keep increasing the # of reps and sit ups as your body adjusts to themWww@QuestionHome@Com

Do cardio!. Look up online which one is the best for you!. Exercise, especially on the abs!. But really, you gotta loose all that fat on the belly first before you see them abs 'cuz all of those fat is covering your abs muscle!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

you have to work out religiously!.!.!. cardio everyday, ridiculous abdominal exercises, and a VERY strict diet high in protein!. she sells exercise videos on her website (its her whole name !.com) so maybe that might help :) hehe

Situps and crunches are a great place to start!. also, dancing uses muscles you dont normally use!. You could take up Salsa dancing which causes you to rotate your hips often!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
