Question: Pointe shoe suggestions for a former So Danca fan!?

Hi!
I used to LOVE my So Dancas before their style changed, and now I have tried Grishkos, Gambas, 2 types of Blochs, and the new So Dancas, but all of them felt terrible on my feet!.

Does anyone have any suggestions!? -I especially think I do NOT have Bloch-friendly feet!.

Have you tried Capezio or Gaynor Minden!? I can't recomened anything specific because I don't know why or what is causing your shoes to be painful!.

Although I can't help, there are heaps of book out there about pointe shoes problems and sizing etc!., I have one called 'The Pointe Book' by Janice Barringer and Sarah Schlesinger and I find it really helpful!.

i too dont have bloch friendly feet! i heart grishkos, and there are 2 main types of them!. if you tried grishko fouettes before and they werent good then maybe try grishko 2007s!. i love my 2007s! i have no arch and they have helped strengthen my feet!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Go get professionally fitted!. Let them know just what the problem is with the other shoes!. A professional fitter will be able to find a shoe for you!. also try to changing you toe pads!. Www@QuestionHome@Com
