Question: How do I ask a girl to her homecoming dance!?

She's a senior in HS and I'm a freshman in college!. I have a feeling her homecoming is in November!. Anyway, should I ask her to homecoming or let her ask me since it's her school!. Oh yeah, and any tips for dancing!? I only know how to do Foxtrot and Swing, and all they play at dances is Rap, so can you give me some tips for that as well!?Www@QuestionHome@Com
