IDK how to do what your trying to do lolWww@QuestionHome@Com It's sort of like an attitude, 1) you do an attitude 2) in attitude do a back bend 3) lift your leg a little bit higher 4) grab your foot and pull it up 5) Arch your back a little bit down towards the floor!. Try leaning back, grabbing your foot and pulling it as close as you can to your head!.!.!.the more you do it the better it will get!.
