Go ahead and take a tylenol before you start working on your foot arches!. It'll help!. It's probably best to focus on your foot arches when you're doing work at the barre!. Just point as hard as you possibly can!. Focus on it!. And, yes, you WILL get cramps if you're doing it right!. Work your way through it!. Just make sure you aren't giving up your proper turn out to get a better arch!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

for us, a really great arch stretch is to stand in neutral(6th position) and with one foot at a time:
1) Bring foot to passe
2) Switch foot to opposite side of knee and bring foot down slowly
3) Once foot has touched the floor plie other leg and bring foot back as far as you can stretching the top of your foot improving your arch!. keep switching between feet until you hurt:) lol but that should help a whole lot! hope that was understandable!Www@QuestionHome@Com

I'm sure you can practice many different ways, but I only know a few!.!.!.!.!.!.
1!. Just practice pointing your feet hard(you could possibly get cramps, but they won't kill you)
2!. Use an extension band, dancer's dozen "resistabands", or Bunheads exercise bands!.!.!.!.!.!.!.you order them from magazines, online, @ dance stores and other places
GOOD LUCK!
