I have been working with my Thera-Band for pointe work for about three days now!. What I normally do is what the dancer does between 1:20 and 1:53 in this video!. http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=8JQ93yhbw!.!.!. I do both of these stretches 10 times on each foot, holding them for about three counts of eight each!. My question is does anyone know how long it'll take before I start to see big improvements in my foot strength and flexibility and arch!? Www@QuestionHome@Com
