Basically you put on your shoes and wrap your elastic around your ankle and mark on your shoes where to sew on the inside!. You want to make sure that its a somewhat tight fit!. You have to put your elastics in roughly the same place as you put your ribbon!. puthem on after you've sewn your ribbon though, I did it the wrong way round and omg he;;!.!. good luck I couldn't find a video for elasticsWww@QuestionHome@Com
