Question: The splits! How to learn!?!!?
What is the easiest way to get to be able to do the splits!? I have to learn to do them for dance class! HELP!Www@QuestionHome@Com

remember to stretch all the time

two ways that help me specifically in the splits

1!. sit on the floor facing a wall put you legs in a V shape and have your ankles touching the wall get some one to push you towards the wall!. (remember that there is a difference between discomfort and pain) if it is painful get them to back off a bit!. Then do that in reverse

2!. Lay on the floor with your bum touching a wall and ur legs in a V out on the wall and get some 1 to push against your legs you have to try and close your legs while they are pushing them!.

also always remember to stretch b4 and after doing the splits and doing these stretches as you might do some serious injury!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

hahaha!.!. ive been there done that!.!. you just have got to STRETCH every chance you get! make it a habit to stretch out every single night and you will have them down flat!.!. seriously!.!. i think the best stretch for splits is just like go in to straddle ( with your legs spread appart on the ground) and reach forward as far as you can and hold that for 5 min!.!. i did that almost every night and now i have my splits!.!. just STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH!Www@QuestionHome@Com
