Polished floors are usually incredibly slippery and aren't safe to turn on!. Especially en pointe!. Unpolished floors are too rough!. Marley floors are the best!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well its neither its actually really called a floating floor its when not any part or piece of the wood is touching the real floor under it, its actually being held up by pieces of foam!. Its so when you land your not hitting the hard ground and also so you don't hurt your knees or ankles!. but just to answer you question im my opinion i like unpolished it gives you grip, when the floors are polished its hard to control your turns and its really slippery Www@QuestionHome@Com

You are actually supposed to dance on something called Marley, but polished floors are better!. Just use some rosin or water if it's super slipperyWww@QuestionHome@Com

Polished floorboards are way better!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
