well one major thing to do is to stretch!. you should be stretching out your muscles after every class!. also, especially on adagio and just lifting your legs in general, be sure not to use your quads so much and try to rotate and lift using your inner thighs!. i know, it's difficult, but once you find the right muscles and start using them, it will get easier!. best of luck and i hope this helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

make sure, especially with jumps and leaps that your heals make it to the floor and you bend in plie a little, so that you wont build up your calves!. also ask your instructor what you may be doing wrong and how to avoid this problemWww@QuestionHome@Com

stretching!.

whebn you work up your muscles they get bulky coz ur addign srtenght to them so when you stretch it just makes them smaller and longer with the same strenght!.

i learnt this stuff is sports science about 2 weeks ago!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
