Question: How do I improve flexability in my feet!?
Ok, I have been dancing for 4 years now (im only 15) and when I try to point my foot into the curve I want, I get the worst pain in the arch of my foot!. And it runs up the middle of my foot and I have to put all my weight on that foot to get it to stop!. How do I stop this from happening!?!?!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

Proper stretching of both feet helps or you can start seeing a massage therapist to help stretch and loosen the muscles some!. You need permission from your mom or they won't massage you (you mom needs to also be present at the spa/therapist's office)!.

hope it helps!.!.!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

The poster before me answered the question well, but I'd recommend asking your dance teacher too!. S/he's surely dealt with the problem before!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
