Question: Stretches to get my left split flat!?
my right and middle are totally
flat, just my left is like an inch and
a half off the floor and my hips aren't
square, it's bugging me that it's not totally
flat and that it still hurts a little, what can

do a couple stretches to stretch out your leg before you do full out splits- here's what i do for left:
sit on the floor with your right leg extended straight out behind you and left leg bent in front of you in a triangle shape with foot pointing back behind you and and knee pointing forward!. Lean back (back arched) then lean forward over you right knee!.
Switch legs (left leg extended in front of you and right leg bent behind you- your heel should touch your butt :)
lean forward over your left leg then lean back and lay on the floor!.
Then sit up, straighten your right leg and pull yourself in to left splits!
Always keep your hips squared and don't let your right knee bend

just keep working on it and stretch your left leg more then your right and that should do it!. also, try doing your splits on top of your bed, that helps!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

just sit in it for a while!. also work on ur extentions standing up!. also lay down pull ur left knee into ur chest grab ur ankle and straighten your kneeWww@QuestionHome@Com

what helps me a ton of stretches and also i do my splits on the wall cause u have more gravity pushing on uWww@QuestionHome@Com
