Dancing is an amazing sport, leisure activity and workout fun! You gain coordination as you have to move in time with the music and your body has to move as gracefully as well!. You get stamina by dancing until you drop!.!.!.lol!

You aslo gain PERSONALITY!. Personality is very important here as you have to have the emotion and passion/mood on your face while you dance to totally pull the whole routine off!. Good luck with your dancing!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Dance is an awesome way to keep in shape!. It helps tone your muscles, and also teaches you control of your movements, how to count steps and have fun!. Its less demanding than playing a sport like basketball or anything similar to it!. You make friends and keep in shape without having to run on a treadmill for two hoursWww@QuestionHome@Com
