Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: look at what other people are doing!.!.!. dancing s really easier than most people think!. move to the beat and feel the rythmn!. if its a rock song then jump up and down and do some head banging, rap or r&b bring it back, drop it like its hot, and pop it!. its not that hard you know hope this helps=] (or just get one of your friends who dances really good to teach you)Www@QuestionHome@Com You bend your knees and bounce up and down, ocassionally putting your arms in the air and swaying side to side!.
