Question: Help with school dance!? dancing, what to wear!?
I am hoping to go to the school dance!. It's my first one!. I have been to two botmitzvas, and luckily it was mostly my friends (aka my entire grade, which is single gender) and adults!. I STINK at dancing!. I just sort of bounce in place!. It doesn't really work!. My friends say that if I just relaxed!. But I can't! I have no confidence at all! I can't even dance when I'm alone!
also what should I where to the school dance!. I have no idea how formal it is, and don't want to feel like an idiot!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

Usually school dances are extremely casual unless specified as a semi formal or formal!. Go ahead and wear what you usually wear, jeans and a t shirt are perfectly fine or whatever type of clothes you wear to school!. Learning how to let loose can be weird at a school dance because there's so many people around!. Maybe you just aren't used to it, but since it's your first school dance, you might just be nervous!. Or maybe since you act shy at dances, you might just be an all around shy person!. If you want to work up your confidence, just tell yourself that you would look less stupid if you look like you're having fun!. If you act like the life of the party, people will respect you more!. So work on being more outgoing ALL the time, and it'll be a piece of cake at the school dance!. Don't worry about it too much, like I said school dances tend to be extremely casual and should be time where you don't have to worry too much and you can just have fun with your friends!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
you have to make up your cofindent why because i was like that 2 when i started dancing all you got to do is dance the hardest you can always pay attention and no matter what always try to be the best even do you do no what your doing ok trust me thats how people is going to be like wow is trying hard and just for that people wont make fun of you and for dance school beforte you going in you know just have a little look inside to see how it is and then you can see what other people is wearing and from there you go and dress up so good luck and guess whjat dont ever back down ok always have confident no matter what PSWww@QuestionHome@Com
Speak to your school about what the dress style is - formal or casual!.
And just relax like you friends think, if you go with a smile and a giggle if you mess up, no-one cares!.
