basically you need abdominal/lower abdominal- it will keep your leg up and allow you to bend back!. of course, it looks nicer if your leg goes really high, so work on stretching your hamstrings- but work on your situps--- strong stomach muscles will really improve not only your layout, but dancing overallWww@QuestionHome@Com
