but i cant find it anywhere,
so can i have some details from people who maybe have been there,

I'm assuming that you are referring to some sort of community dance being held at a local arena!. Usually the sponsoring group sets a minimum age limit depending on local drinking laws, their group make-up, etc!. There may also be local by-laws that are applied in public arenas and venues!. Usually the event publicity will say if there is a minimum age limit!. If I'm way off-base with my assumption, then I have no idea what you are talking about!.
