Yes, there are 4 pre-cut ribbons in a pack with the elastic!. This will be enough for one pair of pointe shoes!. So you'll only need to buy one pack!. I have used these before and LOVE them! The relieve so much pressure on the Achilles!. I had trouble getting blisters on my heel and Achilles, and these ribbons helped out so much!. You feel like you're not even wearing any b/c they're so comfortable!.
