well if you dont want to buy a foot stretcher, you could buy this elastic stuff, that helps by forcing your foot into the position, i use it and it works pretty good, i think foot stretchers work better but these work pretty well too!.

I think that's called a high arched foot!.!.!. When your dance instructor does the "strattle," or "middle splits," she points her feet and when she does her feet "go in half," or it shows off her arch!. You can keep pointing your toes, doing releves and etc to help your arch or even invest in a thermaband!. (If you really think you need one) You've probably never seen this high of an arch in jazz or hip hop!.

It's somewhat common to have high arches in ballet!. It just means you break your shoes in easily, and sometimes it looks nicer!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You can learn to do this without buying a foot flexer thing!. You just have to practice and streach a lot!. I usually streach my feet by flexing and pointing my feet!. You can also walk around or stand on the balls of your feet to help build streagth so you can keep your foot pointed!. Www@QuestionHome@Com

it just takes doing it all the time and building up the right muscles and flexibility!. just practice and stretchWww@QuestionHome@Com
