Question: How can I get my splits!?!?!?
How can I get my splits and ASAP I've been dancing for 5 years and I've had the curse of tight muscles!. I'm trying out for a dance team and I need to have all of my splits in one week or at the most 2 weeks!. Please help!!! By the way I have 8 inches left to go!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

i had the same problem but on my left side!.
i stretched my muscles really good!.
then i went into the splits and i held it for a few minutes, while in the splits
i streched foward over my leg and to the inside and outside of my left leg!.
then i'd take a break and then do it all over again!.
remember to hold your stretches for at least 30 seconds to gain flexibility!.
i did that a few times a day and i got mt splits down in a week!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

well lots of stretching is obvious,
pushing your self and holding them
really long help!. an exercise i like to
do that hurts alot, but i see a difference
is, find a chair and sit on the floor in
front of it, facing it, place your front leg
on the very edge of the seat and keep
your back leg on the floor, and push until
you feel a stretch, make sure not to push
yourself too far, until your body is ready,
maybe start by holding it for like 15 seconds,
rest then hold it for 20, then 30, slowly but
gradually get bigger, but make sure your

get as far as you can go, then you have someone push little by little, and once you"re pushed as far as you can go hold it for 20 min!. then an hour later ice your inner thighs, and try it again!. most likely you will get the splits in a week!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

go as far as u can go (until it's a bit painful!.!.!. "no pain, no gain")

and hold the position for a few minutes

do the everyday and gradually ull get lower and lower!.

just keep going down and when u feel pressure wait there,watch tiv forget about it,when you dont feel pain go farther and when you feel pain once agian watch tv lol
