How do you learn to fire dance?

Question: How do you learn to fire dance!?

I saw a demonstration last night and it was beautiful!. I suspect I couldn't register for a class down at the local Y or community college!. So do you apprentice with a practiced fire dancer or do you just start of with a couple of torches and hope you don't set your own hair on fire!? Not looking for a career change - just think it would be cool to learn!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Seriously, though, you need to find a place where the rite is commonly practised, travel there, and have the local fire-dancers instruct you!.

If you are in or near to Los Angeles, you could look up the Temple of Poi!. They have classes open to the public!.

I would check for local entertainment companies - like the ones that you book for parties!. They usually have performers that you can ask for lessons!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
